How computer work – here is the easiest ways to understand

()

Let’s understand: Computers work on the commands & instructions given by users. A user is a person who is using computers to convert data into meaningful information. Users give instructions to computers by keyboard and mouse (input devices).

There are various input devices such as microphones, scanners, light pens, digitizing pads, web cameras, touch screens, touch pads, bar code readers, etc.. Here you can learn more list of input devices.

The results of inputs are called outputs. Users can see, touch, and get results of all instructions in output devices. There are various output devices we use in a pc to get results such as monitors (LCD, LED, CRT), Printers, Speakers, etc. Here you can learn more about output devices.

A computer is a result of the integration and interface of software and hardware parts. The body of the computer is connected internally and externally with input & output devices.

CPU is the brain of the computer. The operating system is the soul of computers. Win XP, Win7, Win8, Win10, Max OS, and Linux etc. are types of souls. In human body is a physical component that we can see, touch, decorate or clean.

Inside the body, there is the soul (AATMA) which we can’t see and touch, but we can feel and that it is working. Because of the Soul or operating system computers receive commands and the CPU converts those into meaningful results and shows on the output devices. That’s simple!

CPU is a combination of a control unit and arithmetic logic unit. You can say, CU+ALU = CPU. ALU understand the inputs of users and converts them into output and CU controls the behavior or process. User text is understood or processed by the CPU in Binary Language.

The entire text and click signal understand by the computer in binary language. The binary is the language of the computer. Computers don’t understand English, Punjabi, and Hindi they only understand binary. Here you can learn more about Binary.

When we give commands and instructions by input devices to the computer first received by the Operating System with the help of RAM. Ram is the most powerful and one of the most important components of computers. This is one of the types of computer memories.

Generally, there are two types of Memory: Random access Memory and Read-only memory. When we press the power button on computers you can see or see the computer start, we can hear the sound of the fan in the CPU cabinet and it starts loading windows and showing the welcome screen and all input and output devices start working immediately after we power on.

How does this work? This is because of RAM. Ram is like a supervisor or project manager in computers.

So, when users give instructions or type or click on something on the computer by input devices then it goes first to windows and then to the CPU. CPU processes the inputs and converts them into output then produce it to windows and windows then produces and shows it to output devices. Remember CPU not only works on inputs but it starts working when we press the power button.

For example, when we sleep our body is working, and the CPU too. But when we get up we start working on another task it means again that the CPU is working. So, don’t miss judged that the CPU only works when we are doing something on computers.

Note: If the user has not given the instruction to the computer it doesn’t mean that the CPU, RAM, or Operating system is not working. It is working. The CPU, RAM, and Everything are in working when we power it on no matter whether we give instructions after that to do something or not.

Let’s understand how computers work in creative words

A computer is like a human body. The body is a physical component for both computers and humans. Inside the human body, there is SOUL (AATMA), similarly, in a computer, the AATAMA is an Operating system. The soul is the interface between the body and the External (self, family members, friends) world. We are living because of AATMA (Soul).

There is less use of the body if it is not working – only you can donate the eyes or working parts of the body. This is similar to the computer. If the computer is not showing anything after powering on, Is there any use? No! But when we install operating systems and applications etc. then the computer becomes a powerful tool that helps. This is simple.

But the only difference between Computers and human is that Soul (operating system) will be installed in computers at various times when it is corrupted. And in humans, we can’t install Soul once it’s gone. We can update but we can’t install it again. Only God can reinstall the soul in the body. Another difference between humans and computers is that computers can’t think themselves – No IQ but humans have!

That’s all! What I understand and think about computers so far!  Hope you enjoyed the explanations & examples, what do you think? Just share in the comments!
